We sell subscriptions to CANADIAN STORIES magazine, anthologies containing Canadian Stories not published in the magazine and a separate anthology containing Canadian Veterans Stories.
We ship only to Canadian addresses.
After purchasers provide payment, these products are sent by Canada Post surface mail. Canada Post advises that delivery times range from 4 to 9 days depending on the exact Canadian destination.
A single copy of a back issue of Canadian Stories will be sent on request (if available) to non subscribers. Magazines are mailed on or around the first of each month every two months: February / April / June / August / October / December. Anthologies are shipped within several business days of receiving payment.
What is your refund policy?
If a customer is unhappy with the product they can request a refund. Full refunds are offered for a period of 30 days following the delivery of your purchased product. We will either refund your credit card (if you paid via credit card) or send you a cheque.
If the product is a subscription, delivered magazines need not be returned. If the product is an anthology or other special collection, return of the anthology in good condition is required for a refund.

Definition
of a Subscription Cycle?
Check your address
label from your most recent issue. Last
name is followed by two letters within
parenthesis. These letters identify
your subscription cycle and therefore
your renewal date.
Example: Isabel Smith (jj)
This would indicate that Isabel Smith's
subscription expires in June/July of
the current year.
(fm) = renewal for February/March of
the current year
(am) = renewal for April/May of the
current year
(jj) = renewal for June/July of the
current year
(as) = renewal for August/September
of the current year
(on) = renewal for October/November
of the current year
(dj) = renewal for December/January
of the current year.
Send cheque before month indicated.
